H3K27me3 Prediction Tool in Rice

Covalent histone modifications, including histone H3K4me3, H3K27me3 and H3K9ac, play an essential role in the regulation of gene expression in plants. In this SMEP, users could easily enquiry and predict histone mark sites on targeted DNA regions.

Note:

As H3K27me3 was experimentally detected by ChIP-seq with specific anti-H3K27me3 antibody, this experiment yields peak sequences and cannot recognize single nt sites on chromatin DNA, we have trained this content using peak sequences. Thus, this example for H3K27me3 prediction by SMEP model indicates peak sequences.
