The website interface can facilitate users to quickly and efficiently enquiry specific genes in each cluster by gene ID. We also provided violin plot, UMAP plot, and t-SNE plot, and gene expression profile, and sequence information hyperlinked to eRice database (http://www.elabcaas.cn/rice/index.html).
