The web tool Premuse is proposed to Predict the mutations based on the natural sequence evolution, which integrated the sequence weighting, position-specific amino acid probabilities (PSAP) calculation, and preferred mutation selection. The input file is the aligned sequence with the fasta format. The PSAP of the target sequence were calculated based on the Dirichlet mixture and sequence weighted methods. The mutations were quantitatively selected from the PSAP matrix, which has a higher probability of the mutation than that of the wild type.
Note:
The program MUSCLE was recommended to carry out the multiple sequence alignment.
The output of alignment file must be in the fasta format.
The first sequence in the alignment must be the target seqeunce!
